Getting Started

GoVibe.io enhances your audio and video experience by syncing vibrations with media playback. Follow these steps to set up and start using GoVibe:

1. Connecting Your Device

  • Ensure your device supports haptic feedback (gamepad, controller, or wearable device).
  • Connect your device via Bluetooth or USB.
  • Press a button on the gamepad to establish a connection.
  • Refresh the page and check the Device Status indicator.

2. Uploading or Playing a Video

  • Click Select Video and select a file from your device.
  • Alternatively, press the Play button if a video is already loaded.
  • The video will start playing, and vibrations will sync with the motion and sound.

3. Adjusting Vibration Settings

  • Vibration Intensity: Use the slider to increase or decrease vibration strength.
  • Motion Analysis Sensitivity: Adjust how much movement in the video affects vibrations.
  • Audio Sensitivity: Control how much audio impacts vibration intensity.
  • Enable AI Analysis: Activates AI-based prediction for smoother response.

4. Choosing a Vibration Pattern

  • Navigate to the Vibration Patterns section.
  • Select a predefined pattern or create a custom one.
  • Save your selection to apply it during playback.


Troubleshooting

Gamepad Not Detected?

  • Ensure your gamepad is connected and supports vibration feedback.
  • Press a button on the gamepad to establish a connection.
  • Refresh the page and check the Device Status indicator.
  • If still not detected, try reconnecting via Bluetooth or USB.

No Vibration?

  • Ensure Audio Sync or Video Sync is enabled.
  • Increase Vibration Intensity in settings.
  • Check if your gamepad supports haptic feedback.

Video Not Playing?

  • Try a different video format (MP4 is recommended).
  • Ensure the file is not corrupted.
  • Refresh the page and re-upload the video.
